Chinese is really shrewd business man. Haha … now that I am in Shanghai, I simply see, learn and turn shrewd just like them. As a saying goes,"If you can’t beat them, join them".
Over the past one year, I have made killing profits in property in Vietnam. At my 1-time high, I had 11 freehold condo units, which now are either sold / mortaged / rented out. The sale of high-end condo units in D2, D3, D5 - HCMC went crazy this year with an increase in price from S$900/m2 to S$2,000/m2.
With business partners from HK and Mainland China, I founded a property agency, a subsidiary for my Z.E.N Group International to help facilitate foreign investments for property in Vietnam. Business is GREAT, we received 20-30 emails from U.S. and Asia Pacific, enquiring on property development projects each day; We already closed 2 major deals, set at 7.5 million USD over a 5 years period. This marks the foundation of our agency and I am looking forward to take the parent company, "Z.E.N" public listed in 2009 / 2010.
Plans are in process, more foreign talents joined my team in Vietnam and it’s the first time I have MBAs working for me to achieve our "2010 GOAL".
Meanwhile, I also invested about S$0.2 million in shares on ASIAN PAC HOLDINGS BERHAD, which is a public listed property investment & development group in Malaysia, http://www.asianpac.com.my.
I strongly believe property will make me a multi-millionaire, if not for my early retirement @ age 35. Haha … I wanna sit on assets like Bill Gate.
Enough! Now, I wanna talk about my new toys, I bought them recently from the manufacturers themselves as I am sourcing for products to import to Singapore & Vietnam via my other subsidiary, FleaBusiness.com LLP which is a bazaar & retail management agency in Singapore.

Both designed and made in China.
The cost price for each is less than S$1,000 exclusive of logistics.
I scheduled them for shipment back to Vietnam, perhaps I may get some people interested and start an "auto" business distributing / selling the motor scooters. The profit margin is high and Vietnam has a huge market for such.
My wife is going to love the "Bee", the yellow scooter in the above-pic. Haha …
"Flash" is going to be mine, imagine my wife and myself riding on our little scooters around Saigon. So cute! Too bad, my wife doesn’t like taking photos, else I am sure the pics will make you people envy so much ***
